Programs for Experienced Rowers
This program is appropriate for both intermediate and advanced rowers, including those interested in competitive rowing. You should have at least one year of rowing experience for this program.
If you have rowed before but not extensively, or haven't rowed for a number of years, you may want to consider one of our Novice programs. If you are unsure which program is right for you, contact the Program Director or Coach of the program you are interested in.
No matter how long you have been rowing, or how well you row, you can always improve your rowing technique. These sessions do include coaching on technique as well as providing a conditioning component. Practicing starts and sprints will also be a component of this program.

As in other rowing sessions, there is an early-morning commitment required for the duration of the session. If you are unable to make the commitment for all scheduled days of the session, inquire about sharing a seat with another part-time participant. Participants should also plan on taking turns in the coxswain's seat.
